McDonald’s to Partner with Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks
SPRINGFIELD, MO. – Beginning September 13th through October 3rd McDonald’s and Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks (BCFO) partner together in the “Sip for Hope” campaign. All 60 restaurants in the McDonald’s of the Ozarks region will donate 25 cents to Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks for every Real Fruit Wild Berry or Strawberry Banana Smoothie sold between September 13th through October 3rd.
The restaurants in the McDonald’s of the Ozarks region are independently owned and operated by local franchisees. The “Sip for Hope” campaign provides a way for the local franchisees to give back to their communities, one smoothie at a time. Last year, with the help of McDonald’s customers and area McDonald’s more than $15,500 was contributed to assist families impacted by breast cancer.
BCFO is a local organization that keeps every dollar raised in the community to provide help and hope for individuals and their families in the area who are and have been affected by breast cancer.
